Description
This product is a single-component, neutral, room-temperature curing silicone sealant. It does not require a primer for most building materials and provides superior adhesion.

Construction Guidelines

Pre-Construction Test:
Before application, conduct an adhesion test between the sealant and the substrate to ensure proper bonding. -
Surface Cleaning:
Use professional cleaning solvents such as acetone or isopropanol to thoroughly clean the surface.
Apply the sealant within 20 minutes after cleaning to ensure optimal adhesion. -
Application:
During application, ensure the sealant completely fills the joints and that the interface is bonded on both sides. -
Protection:
Apply protective tape to areas requiring protection, but ensure the tape does not touch the surface to be sealed. -
Edge Trimming:
Trim edges immediately before the sealant solidifies to achieve a neat and aesthetic finish.
