Application
SS404 is designed for bonding various lightweight materials and objects such as glass, plastic, porcelain, wood, aluminum-plastic board, fireproof board, etc. It is a new generation of environmentally friendly liquid nails.
Application Tips

Ensure the bonding surface is dry, clean, firm, and free of floating sand.

Apply dot or line coating and press the adhesive firmly during bonding to achieve an even, thin layer.

Bond the surfaces before the adhesive forms a skin. The skinning time shortens at higher temperatures, so apply as soon as possible after coating.

Optimal usage temperature: 1540°C. For winter, warm the adhesive at 40~50°C before use. In hot weather, the adhesive may become thinner, and initial adhesion may decrease—increase adhesive amount if necessary.
