Waterborne Acrylic Topcoat is a water-based coating formulated with waterborne epoxy-modified acrylic resin, environmentally friendly pigments and fillers, and related additives. It can be air-dried at room temperature or baked at low temperature.

Compared to alkyd topcoats, Waterborne Acrylic Topcoat offers faster surface and full drying times, higher hardness, improved rust resistance, and excellent weather durability.

Recommended Applications:
Suitable for metal surfaces requiring high corrosion protection in medium to high corrosive environments, such as those defined in ISO 12944-2:2017 atmospheric corrosion categories C2 and C3. Typical applications include castings, oil pans, chassis, axles, vehicle underbodies, containers, and mechanical equipment surface protection.
