Product Introduction:

SS795 Weather-Proof Silicone Sealant is a high-performance, one-component sealant designed for outdoor and weather-sensitive applications. It provides excellent adhesion to a wide range of materials, including glass, metal, and plastics, and is specifically formulated to withstand harsh environmental conditions. This sealant offers superior resistance to UV rays, moisture, and extreme temperatures, making it ideal for sealing joints and gaps in windows, doors, and other exterior structures. It ensures a durable, flexible, and long-lasting seal.

Main Purposes

1. For weatherproofing sealing nonstructural curtain wall joints, facade joints, and system;

2. Weather sealing in metal, glass, stone, aluminum panel, and plastic;

3. Excellent adhesion to most common building material.

Characteristics

1. One-component, neutral-cured with excellent adhesion, weatherability, and elasticity for weather sealing in curtain wall and building facades;

2. Excellent weatherability and high resistance to ultraviolet radiation, heat and humidity, ozone, and temperature extremes;

3. With good adhesion and compatibility with most building material;

4. Remain flexible over a temperature range of -40°C to 150°C.

Application

1. Clean with solvents such as toluene or acetone to keep the substrate surfaces completely clean and dry;

2. For better appearance, cover outside of joint areas with masking tape before application;

3. Cut nozzle to desired size and extrude sealant to joint areas;

4. Tool immediately after sealant application and remove masking tape before sealant skins.
